Watchman Media Chief Financial Officer Letishia Wannamaker said “I believe the general public needs to know the detriment of homosexuality. Children are being steered wrong and adults need the guidance absent fathers didn’t provide. It is our mission to combat the rise of this human detriment, because if we continue on this same increasing scale, we will have more financial burdens, more misguided homes, higher crime rates, and an increase in biblical punishment”. Ashamed? If this company put out a press release maybe its not shame, but a push of their mission.
Amazing!!Now we have a so called educated person pushing the line that gay people are responsible for global catastrophe's!What a sad commentary on the beliefs of a corporation that wants to be taken seriously.Gay people throughout history have made many contributions to the betterment of society, but the decline of society as we know it..I don't think so!!A great deal of that blame can be levelled at the ignorant biggots who peddle this nonscence under the guise of christianity!I say to these people don't hide behind christianity as a way of giving credability to your ignorance and biggotry.
Christianity in this case, isn't a shield, its the platform for the truth of the matter. The Christian Bible speaks in many places against the act of homosexuality. Regardless of the contributions any homosexual made, the lifestyle is still wrong. I'm sure many people in Sodom and Gomorrah made contributions to advance that city, but you see what God did to them.
I agree with Watchman Media and the person who made that comment. Homosexuals cannot create anything good, when the two of them hook up (sexually). Can two woman have a kid together - naturally? Oh, can two men have a child together - naturally? Here's a hint for you: unless two members of the opposite sex have relations, the advancement of the human species will never happen. Get a clue!

Hatred and biggotry can come in many forms.People sitting there rapped in their own cloak of self rightiousness using quotes from the bible to justify their vicious attitudes toward other members of gods family.Yes unfortunately we are all sinners, according to the bible.Yes even you!Your response to my comment reflects a very angry, intolerant person who is homophobic..not christian.Christianity,in its true form means love and tolerance.May I suggest you take some more time to really read the bibles message, not simply pick out the parts that help you to justify your hatred and intolerance.Maybe even pray to god to soften your heart and find love for ALL gods children, not simply the ones that YOU feel are worthy of love and respect.
