Red, angry and yet beautiful...

As I sat here yesterday morning reading all the various blogs as I do every morning I was presented with a spectacular view, of the sun rising, from our kitchen window. We get some of the most stunning sunrises here. Albeit the sky was very red and angry it was also very beautiful. I know they say red sky in morning sailors warning and we were expecting a bit of bad weather, which sort of eventuated. A change did come through with a bit of rain and pushed our temperatures back done into the 30's in the morning. Anyway, I just thought I would share these with you. I am working on a post that some of you may or may not find interesting. we shall see. Until then Enjoy...

Yes, it is possible to have red, angry, and beautiful in the same sentence....as you've well proved. The pics are amazingly pretty. Thanks!

The 30's? You're talking centigrade, I hope. Even so, I'm a dumb American and not quite sure how warm/cool that is.

The pictures are pretty, tho?

Red; I had the hardest time with the whole Celsius Fahrenheit thing when i firts moved here 8+ years ago. Unfortunately for me I meant 30 F. It is still winter here for another month and a half and even then spring staring in September can be a bit on the chilly side.

Those are beautiful shots indeed. I never have a camera at the ready when the skies are so awesome. I'm always late.
